production partner in China. Products are imported and delivered to customers locally and

We do not accept cash payments.
We accept only secure electronic payments via PayPal.
Card data is not stored or accessible to the merchant.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
• Processing time: 1–2 business days.
• Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
6. Shipping
Within Moldova:
Delivery via local courier services, usually within 1–3 business days.
International shipping (planned):
Orders will be shipped internationally via available couriers, with payments handled through PayPal.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns follow the rules outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers may return products within 14 calendar days.

efectuarea unei comenzi, acceptați integral prezentele termeni și condiții.

2. Obiectul activității
Magazinul online comercializează articole vestimentare streetwear și accesorii, proiectate în
Republica Moldova și fabricate la un producător extern (China). Produsele sunt importate în
Moldova și livrate clienților noștri.
3. Prețuri și disponibilitate
• Prețurile sunt exprimate în Euro.
• Prețurile pot fi modificate fără notificare.
• Produsele sunt disponibile în limita stocului.
4. Metode de plată acceptate
Pe acest website NU se acceptă plata numerar.
Acceptăm exclusiv plăți online: - prin PayPal.
5. Procesarea comenzilor
• Comenzile sunt confirmate prin e-mail.
• Pregătire: 1–2 zile lucrătoare.
• Comenzile plasate în weekend se procesează în următoarea zi lucrătoare.
6. Livrare
Pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova:
Livrarea se face prin curier local, în 1–3 zile lucrătoare.
În afara Republicii Moldova:
Livrare internațională prin metode disponibile la checkout (PayPal)
Clientul trebuie să furnizeze date de livrare corecte.
7. Politica de retur
Conform politicii de retur (detaliată în document separat), clientul poate returna produsul în 14 zile calendaristice.
8. Confidențialitatea datelor
Datele personale sunt procesate de Shopify. Datele cardului nu sunt stocate de către comerciant.
9. Răspundere
MUST HAVE CLOTHING SRL nu este responsabil pentru:
• întârzieri ale curierului
• pierderi cauzate de date incorecte
• utilizarea necorespunzătoare a produselor
